Agency: refers to the real estate Agency(ies) publishing listings on the website and collecting data entered by the Internet user on contact forms of this website.

Personal information that can be collected from this Website are the following:

• Contact form: when filling in and sending it, your name, first name, email address and message are collected.

Your personal information is mainly used the following way:

• Management of relationship with you ;

Access to your Personal Information is strictly limited to staff and sales agents of the Agency, authorised with their position and held to an obligation of confidentiality. However, collected data could be given to subcontractors, contractually in charge of specific tasks needed for the Website’s proper functioning and its services, as well as for management of the relationship with you, without your authorisation. It should be noted that within the framework for performing their services, subcontractors only have a limited access to your personal information and have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with regulations of applicable legislation regarding personal data protection. With the exception of the situation described above, the Agency commits to not selling, renting, conceding or giving third parties access to your personal information without your preliminary consent, unless forced to do so because of a justified motive (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of Defence Rights, etc.).

Le marchand de listes est un professionnel de l'immobilier dont l'activité consiste à proposer des listes et des fichiers de logements à louer réactualisés tous les jours et vérifiés quotidiennement.

Le client, moyennant le versement d'une somme forfaitaire pour la prestation immédiate, peut consulter des listes de logements, avec les coordonnées de leurs propriétaires. Il peut visiter les biens selon ses disponibilités et celles des propriétaires.

Pour les locataires, ce service est moins cher qu’une agence immobilière traditionnelle.

Pour les propriétaires-bailleurs, le service est gratuit et BEP se charge, à ses frais, de la publicité.

Conformément à la loi du 2 janvier 1970 et au décret du 20 juillet 1972, pour pouvoir exercer l’activité réglementée et contrôlée de marchand de listes, la société BEP respecte un certain nombre de règles :

Elle possède ainsi une carte professionnelle portant la mention « marchand de listes », délivrée par la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Nice-Côte d’Azur, qui contrôle rigoureusement le respect d’un certain nombre de critères (aptitude professionnelle, moralité, garantie financière, assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle, etc.).

Aucun bien n’est proposé à la clientèle sans l’accord exprès du propriétaire-bailleur.

Cet accord est formalisé dans une convention conclue entre le propriétaire-bailleur et BEP.

Les conventions signées avec les propriétaires-bailleurs sont mentionnées par ordre chronologique dans un registre spécial.

BEP conclut par écrit une convention avec l’acheteur de listes et lui remet à chaque fois un exemplaire original.
